Ordering From Us:
If you wish to place a mail order with us please telephone Go Wilde on: 01334 343064 where we will be pleased to take your order. Carriage charges of £4.95 U.K. (standard delivery) apply. We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase however, in the event that you need to return an item, this can be exchanged or a credit note issued to the value of the goods purchased, provided it is returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or credit note if the item has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition. Please re-use the original packaging and return to us within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for the cost of return postage. However, if an item is found to be faulty we will offer a full refund including return carriage charges. No exchange, credit note or refunds are offered on sale goods.
To purchase from us by mail order you must be over 18.
By placing an order with us you are offering to purchase goods from us which will include passing your details on to couriers and/or other subcontractors. We will not use your details for other purposes without your consent.
Any goods ordered remain the property of Go Wilde until payment has been received from you and authorisation has been confirmed by the bank/credit company.
We aim to despatch the goods to you within 3-5 working days after confirmation/authorisation of your payment.
We reserve the right to decline any order you place as a result of the product you have ordered being unavailable from stock, or the inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
